On Thursday 2nd of March, Penreach and Penryn Preparatory joined the biggest celebration of its kind, World Book Day. Designated by UNESCO as a worldwide celebration of books and reading, and marked in over 100 countries all over the world who took part. The scholars of Penryn Preparatory embraced this iconic day by dressing as their favourite book characters and donating a used or new book suitable for their age to the Penreach Reading Camps.

The donations from Penryn Preparatory scholars, together with other essentials from Penreach Partners, forms part of the consignment Penreach distributed to benefit thousands of book-starved children.
